My name is Tricia. I am married with 3 adult boys, 2 dogs, and a cat. I am the queen of the house because I am the only female that lives here. I am a manager in the data space by day, but pretty much manage the house and everything in it by night. I have always been a high achiever and have to remind myself that it’s ok to not get something right or to not know how to do something perfectly. Paralysis by analysis is something I have experienced to often. Perfection is the enemy of success is something I have to remind myself.
